As a language institute committed to providing a positive, respectful, and effective learning environment, we have established the following student policies. By enrolling, students agree to adhere to these policies.
Class conduct :

Be Interactive: Actively participate in class discussions and activities. Your engagement is crucial for a dynamic and enriching learning experience. It is also crucial for you to have an immersive class experience.

Respectful Communication: Use respectful language and tone when addressing trainers and fellow students. Any form of abuse, whether verbal or written, will not be tolerated.

No Personal Touch with the Trainer: Maintain a professional relationship with your trainers. Personal contact outside of the educational context is discouraged to preserve the integrity of the learning environment.

Proper Use of Camera and Microphone: Ensure that your use of the camera and microphone is appropriate and respectful. Any form of abuse or inappropriate behaviour through these mediums is strictly prohibited.

Timeliness: Arrive on time for classes and be prepared with the necessary materials. Punctuality shows respect for your peers and trainers.

Attentiveness: Pay attention during lectures and discussions. Avoid distractions such as using your phone or other devices for non-class-related activities.

Collaboration and Support: Foster a collaborative environment by helping and supporting your peers in their learning journey. Teamwork and mutual respect are key to a successful educational experience.

Support In case of emergency/unavailability: In rare cases such as trainer's unavailability, emergency, any unforeseen circumstances etc. we are bound to change the trainer/provide a new trainer in the middle of the ongoing batch, bound to shift students in a separate batch, bound to change or merge batches in middle or beginning of any batch. Only in such rare cases we expect students to manage the batch adjustments and support.
Course attendance and Certification

Regular Attendance: Students are required to attend all classes in accordance with the schedule provided by Langue Société. In case of absence, ensure that you are covering curriculum through recordings and inform the management of the same.

Certification Requirements:To be eligible for a certificate from Langue Société, you must: Achieve a minimum score of 60% on the final examination administered by our team upon completion of the syllabus.

Absence Notification: If you are unable to attend a class, you must inform us at least 6 to 8 hours before the scheduled time by notifying the group. Failure to do so may result in the absence being counted against your attendance record.

Communication Channels:All course-related communication must take place within the designated group. Personal communication with the trainer will not be acknowledged for addressing course-related issues.

Mandatory Group Communication: All communications must be conducted within the group. Issues communicated personally to the trainer will not be considered.

Please note that in case of any standing dues, no certificates will be released till the time dues have been cleared.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Refunds: Please note that Langue Société does not provide refunds for any payments made under any circumstances.

Continuous Absence:If you are absent for 7 to 10 consecutive days without prior notification, missed classes will not be rescheduled, and you will not be transferred to another batch. Consequently, your admission will be cancelled.

Admission Cancellation:If your admission is cancelled by Langue Société or upon your request, you must repay the entire fee if you wish to continue the course. No refunds or adjustments will be made from the amount already paid.

Mid-Course Withdrawal: please note that if you choose to withdraw from the course mid-batch, your admission will be cancelled, and Langue Société will not be responsible for any refunds or additional classes.

Non-Transferable Payments: Fees paid cannot be transferred to any other batch or course.

Instalment Payment Option:For those opting for the “part payment plan” the payment must be made within 25 to 30 days from the course start date. Instalment amounts are not dependent on the number of hours or classes attended.

Instalment Delinquency:Failure to make timely instalment payments will result in a pause of your course. Missed classes will not be rescheduled, nor will recordings or revision materials be provided. Continued non-payment will result in admission cancellation.

Partial Course Completion: No refunds will be provided if you withdraw from the course after completing a specific level or module.

Regular Attendance and Assignments: Regular attendance and completion of all assignments are expected. Langue Société will not entertain issues arising from failure to meet these requirements. If you are not able to attend regular sessions due to any concern please mention your concern and ensure you are covering up through the recordings.

Form Submission and Payment:Classes will commence only after the completion and verification of the enrollment form by our team and the receipt of your full payment or first instalment.
